Custom Full-Color Iron-On Logo Patches

Put your business logo on hats, jackets, and other apparel with a vivid custom patch you can apply at home or with a heat press. Dye sublimation creates sharp, full-color artwork, giving your branding a clear place on the clothes you wear or share.

Choose an oval, circle, rectangle, or square shape, then select one of two sizes to suit your garment. Use the patches for business apparel or DIY projects; colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished patch.

After purchase, send your high-resolution logo file through Etsy messages in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. Low-resolution images and photos of logos cannot be used for printing.

To apply, peel off the backing paper and set your iron or heat press to 300°F (Wool setting). Press firmly for 15 seconds using medium pressure. On garments, press from the fabric’s backside for a stronger bond. For hats, use cloth padding to fill gaps on the heat press plate and help achieve even adhesion.
